I offer this in person at my private studio or virtually via zoom.


This entails a variety of soul-nourishing services from gentle yoga, guided meditation, mindfulness practices, energy balancing, expressive art, self care planning and more!


A one of a kind custom experience that can be booked solo or with a plus one!
