Balanced Body Yoga and Wellness Studio is a private boutique yoga space located inside of Grand Central Outfitters in Petal, MS.
Our studio was created to inspire healing, stress relief, and connection in our community. We hope to provide a safe space where you are free to relax, renew, and restore. Your mental and physical health is our top priority; see how we can help you make the most out of your time.
We offer a variety of yoga options, perfect for beginning students at a variety of fitness levels. Our yoga offerings include small group classes, private yoga sessions, specialized events and workshops. We hope you will find something to enjoy! Space is limited in group classes, so reservation is required.

Classes We Offer
This class will be gentle yoga and restorative yoga poses paired with stress releasing moves. We will use yoga props for this restorative class, which I offer all props needed in studio.
This class is perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress, experience deep calm, practice mindfulness, and enjoy a safe healing experience for the mind and body.
Perfect way to SOOTHE at end a long day!
This yoga/fitness class is a perfect blend bodyweight/toning yoga poses paired with core strengthening power of mat pilates! We will also use bands for booty work!
You will feel the entire core activate in a new way and get a nice workout in, with a bit of sweat.
A fitness-focused class with moderate to fast paced movement and yoga flows.
Must be able to bear weight on all fours and hold bodyweight up without limitations.
Vin Yin Yoga
This class will be a blend of gentle vinyasa flow and yin style yoga poses. Vinyasa is the linking of yoga poses with the breath for a more energizing experience while yin is longer held relaxing and stretching poses.
This class is perfect for anyone who wants a great movement based class with some relaxation added in.
Vin Yin is a great balanced class for beginners and intermediate yoga students.
